Pricing & products
All prices are in Namibia Dollars (N$) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to update prices and availability without notice.
Orders & payment
- An order is confirmed once payment (or an agreed deposit) is received.
- We accept EFT/bank transfer, card, and WhatsApp-arranged payment.
- We may decline or cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
Delivery, warranty & returns
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty — see our Warranty and Returns pages for details.
