We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
What can be returned
- Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Faulty or damaged-in-transit items (report within 48 hours of delivery, with photos).
- Incorrect items sent in error — returned at our cost.
What cannot be returned
- Custom-ordered, cut-to-size or special-order items.
- Installed products or items missing original packaging.
- Clearance items marked "final sale".
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or use our after-sales form with your order number and a description (and photos for damage). Once approved, we'll arrange collection or exchange and process any refund to your original payment method.
