Every product we sell is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. Warranty periods vary by product and brand — typical cover is outlined below. Keep your proof of purchase, as it is required for any claim.
Typical cover
- Sanitaryware (toilets, basins): ceramic body warranty as per manufacturer.
- Faucets & mixers: cover on cartridges and finishes per manufacturer.
- Baths & showers: structural warranty per manufacturer.
- Electrical (heated rails, lighting): cover subject to correct installation by a qualified person.
What is not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
- Normal wear, scratches and discolouration from harsh chemicals.
- Products altered or repaired by unauthorised persons.
